For issuance of a Tier 2 work visa for a Nurse, the minimum salary requirements are as follows:
- Pre-registration candidate nurses who:
- have arranged to sit an Observed Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) to obtain Nursing and Midwifery Council registration (Band 3 and equivalent): £17,787.Once you have passed the OSCE and issued with a NMC, UK pin then the minimum salary has to start from Band 5 onwards.
This occupation code is currently on the United Kingdom shortage occupation list but a resident labour market test is still required.
